Chicken cutlets on the electric grill

Cooking time: 30 minutes.

soy sauce – 40 ml;

ground ginger to taste.

Advice! If you do not want to grill chicken cutlets on the bone, you can separate the pulp, chop finely, and add 1 egg to the minced meat.

 

Step by step cooking:

 

Rinse and dry the meat. Make an incision on one side of each thigh to the bone. Spread the meat and beat off a little.

Pour soy sauce over everything and sprinkle with ginger.

Leave to marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat the electric grill on mode 3, lay out the cutlets and fry for 4 minutes without opening.

Place in a plate, cover and rest for at least 3 minutes before serving.

chicken breast – 400 g;

unsalted lard – 80 g;

Step by step cooking:

 

Remove the skin from the breast and remove the bones. Rinse under the tap and dry thoroughly immediately.

Grind in a meat grinder along with lard.

Add the egg, spices, chopped in a blender, onion and crackers to the minced meat.

Stir well, beating at the end against the bottom of the bowl. Thus, the consistency will become uniform and pliable to work.

Divide into equal parts and make cutlets in the shape of a bun, at least 1 cm high.

Fry on a preheated electric grill for 4 minutes with the lid closed.

Fold back the top, put a piece of cheese on each product and wait until it melts.

Remove the cutlet.

Put a cut bun in its place and heat it for 1 minute. Only then decompose the layers you have selected.

 

When cooking cutlets on the electric grill, do not forget that the cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the products. You cannot make them thin so as not to lose the juiciness of the dish.
