Classic filling with rice

Cooking time: 15 minutes.

Servings Per Container: 2.

Product set:

 

squid carcasses – 2 pcs.;

boiled rice – 140 g;

tomato paste – 1 tsp;

egg – 2 pcs.;

sour cream – 75 ml;

herbs and spices.

Advice! Don’t throw out the clam tentacles. Boil for a couple of minutes and add chopped to the filling.

 

Step by step cooking:

 

Boil 1 hard-boiled egg and cover with cold water. Peel and immediately chop into small cubes.

Toss in cooked rice, chopped herbs and remaining raw egg. The squid filling is ready.

If unpeeled shellfish are purchased, then it is necessary to cut off the tails, remove the entrails and pour over boiling water. Remove the curled film.

Stuff the carcasses without tamping. Secure with a toothpick and fold into a small saucepan.

Pour with sour cream combined with tomato paste and water (50 ml).

Simmer from the moment of boiling for 5 minutes.

Serve sliced ​​stuffed squid with sauce.
